Terms & Conditions
1.
The Terms are defined on this page. All references to these Terms
throughout the site will have the appropriate meaning as outlined
below.
1.1 A BizSpotter
business card space- A space of one unit consisting on your business
card details (name, category,business name, e-mail address, business
description) and your business logo/picture on TheBizSpotter.com.
A space is defined as a cell made up of the dimensions of 26 pixels
high by 26 pixels wide.
1.2 BizSpotter
business card member- is a business/ individual/company that has
successfully purchased one or more BizSpotter business card space.
1.3 Business
logo/picture- An image file in JPEG/GIF format used on your BizSpotter
business card. The image file must be of the resolution of no more
than 75 x 75 pixels and no bigger than 50Kb(50000 bytes)in file
size. Unless created by TheBizSpotter.com, the picture remains the
full responsibility of and owned by the sponsor.
1.4 You accept
to be bound by these Terms & Conditions by ticking the "
Accept Terms & Conditions". Once You accept these Terms
& Conditions, a legally binding agreement on these terms and
conditions is concluded between, (a) You, and (b) TheBizSpotter.com.
Conditions
1. One BizSpotter
business card space costs £65.00 for a year subscription.
It is possible to take more than one subscription, contact admin
for details.
2. The purchase
price is for renting and becoming a member of TheBizSpotter, not
for the ownership of it. At no time will TheBizSpotter members own
any part of this website.
3. The website
will be 'live' for as long as is humanly possible. Downtime will
be inevitable but the BizSpotter pledges to keep this to a minimum
notwithstanding server issues.
4. Once your
business picture/logo and details have been submitted you will not
be able to alter it or the hyperlink to your website unless:
4.1 Your website
has closed, changed names or it's business logo/picture
4.2 You have
rights to publish your business logo/picture
4.3 Any additional
reason TheBizSpotter.com deems appropriate.
5. TheBizSpotter.com
will do its best to update any business information which has changed,
email for updates
6. Re-selling
of your BizSpotter business card space is not permitted
7. When your
business card details and business picture/logo has been verified
and payment of £65.00 has been received, your business card
details will be published on the site. No refunds will be given
once published.
8. Submitting
your details will reserve your chosen BizSpotter business card space.
Spaces are reserved on a first come first served basis. If payment
isn't received within 24 hours of being sent your payment invoice,
then your reservation will be cancelled.
9. Your annual
BizSpotter space subscription begins from the date your details
and payment have been moderated and approved.
10. Links to
offensive material will not be permitted on this website. TheBizSpotter.com
will evaluate each application individually and links will be checked
periodically to protect against web-forwarding. Any space with a
link that uses web-forwarding to inappropriate material will be
removed without notice and no refund will be given.
11. Inappropriate
graphics will not be accepted. Should you provide a link which does
not comply with these Terms and Conditions you will be invited to
submit a new image. Should the second image also be inappropriate
your payment will be returned and your advertising space will be
withdrawn.
12. TheBizSpotter.com
endeavour to keep the site online for as long as possible, it can
take no responsibility for loss of service
13. Should you
wish to have your graphic and link removed from theBizSpotter.com
you will need to e-mail us at:
to inform us. No refund will be given.
14. No animated
graphics are accepted.
15. Links must
be directed to websites
16. TheBizSpotter
takes no responsibility for the content of external sites
17. TheBizSpotter.com
reserves the right to make amendments and/or changes to this site
and these Terms and Conditions as it sees fit. Any changes that
are considered to be of a significant impact will be relayed to
all BizSpotter members at least 24 hours prior to the amendments/changes
being made
